2020 Guangzhou Marathon EXPO Guidance

1. Time and Location

1) Date and Hours

Dec. 10th (Thu) 9:30 – 16:30

Dec. 11th (Fri) 9:30 – 16:30

Dec. 12th (Sat) 9:30 – 20:00

Please pick up race package at the above time.

2) Location

Hall 14.1, Area C, China Import and Export Fair (Pazhou) Complex

Add.: No.980, Xingang East Road, Haizhu District, Guangzhou

( Pazhou Station Exit C, Line 8 Subway )

2. Race Items

* Two bibs per runner: one bib with Timing Chip, and one smaller bib for bag storage.

3. Documents Required for the Collection

* Please pick up items by your own. Pick-up by others is not allowed.

1) Please show your Suikang code (green code status, and binding the same ID number that is used to register), and enter the pick-up site after passing the temperature measurement. You will need to show the same ID or passport (original) that is used to register, and submit below documents to collect bib number and race kitbag:

a. A paper copy of a valid nucleic negative test report. The test should be conducted and sampled on or after 9th December, 2020;

b. A signed copy of the Health and Safety Responsibility Commitment (click here to download).

2) The race goods collection information, downloaded from Guangzhou Marathon official website, will not be counted as a voucher to claim race bib and other race items.

3) The Organizing Committee will disqualify runners whose code status are abnormal, or fail to submit valid ID/paper document, or refuse to cooperate. In this case, race items will not be issued, and the registration fee will not be refunded.

4. Pick-up Procedure

Book a time slot on Guangzhou Marathon official website and arrive at the EXPO accordingly

5. Kindly Reminder from the Organizing Committee (Please read carefully)

1) Please wear the mask as required in the EXPO

2)The peak time will be on Dec. 12th (Saturday). In order to ensure a smooth EXPO experience for you, we suggest you to arrange your visit in Thursday of Friday, and make sure you have all documents/original passport ready with you.

3)The wristband is an important item that you need in the Race day (for entry and get your finishers’ pack). EXPO Staff will help you to wear the wristband.

4)Please remain wearing your wristband till the end of the race. Any loss, damage or transfer might cause rejection to enter the start zone or get finishers’ pack. 

5)You will have the Race Vest in the exact size that you fill in your registration form. No return or exchange of size.

6)Please pick up your race items according to your reserved time slot. Late pick up or mail services will not be provided.
