2019 Guangzhou Marathon Package Pick-up Guidance

1. Time and Location

1) Date and Hours：

Dec. 5th (Thu) 9:30 – 16:30

Dec. 6th (Fri) 9:30 – 16:30

Dec. 7th (Sat) 9:30 – 20:00

2) Location:

Hall 15.1, Area C, China Import and Export Fair (Pazhou) Complex

Add: No.980, Xingang East Road, Haizhu District, Guangzhou

( Pazhou Station, Line 8 Subway )

2. Race item list

* Two bibs per runner: one big bib with Timing Chip, and one small bib for bag storage)

3. Documents Required for the Collection

1) Runners must pick up the participant package in person at the Expo with valid photo ID in accordance with the online registration ID. Individuals will not be allowed to pick up these items on behalf of others.

2) The race goods collection information downloading from Guangzhou Marathon official website or mararun APP are not valid for package pickup.

3) For runners who failed to submit valid photo ID mentioned above, the Organizing Committee reserves the right of refusing to provide race items.

4. Pick-up Procedure

1) The peak time for race package pick up will be in the last day (Saturday, Dec.  7th). In order to avoid unnecessary waiting, it’s highly suggested that runners have their own personal photo ID ready and avoid the peak hours.

2) Staff will help runners wear race wristband before collecting the bibs. It’s the only valid ticket to the race and for picking up finish package.

3) Runners must wear the wristband till the end of the race. Any loss, damage or transfer to others, the organizing committee will refuse the runner to enter the start zone or provide finish package.

4) The race vest will be sent along with other race items, according to the registered size. No return or exchange of size.

5) Please pick up the race items during regularly scheduled hours. The committee will not provide late pick up or mail services.
